Awful app when it comes to waiting for a video to upload and send. I've had videos sat for days and won't send. I use this for work and constantly getting failed uploads as the videos just dont upload which puts me off using the app all together.

Constantly get issues on videos not sending using dealerweb video link and an android phone. I'm on the latest S24 Ultra, shouldn't be having issues with androids for an app.

I've never been in a rush to download this to my phone as in the past I've heard awful opinions on the Android app. after being very envious of my colleague's using the iOS app (me having to use very out of date ipads) I finally downloaded the app today. I've sent 2 videos and find it incredibly frustrating that you can't chose a thumbnail. the next 2 I've filmed have just sat in the upload box. they aren't even uploading. I've tried Wi-Fi and 4g... they haven't budged.. needs a lot of work!

Thanks for your feedback and sorry you have been having issues. As of version 4.1.0 of the app (now available) your uploads will complete as expected and you will be able to choose from the thumbnail picker! Our Android app is a much younger product than our iOS app but we are working hard to port all features as quickly as we can. Thanks!
