I made a booking from the app, my booking was canceled by representative and not received any refund. When I talked to the customer service, no response...rude behavior... Very bad experience by booking online... Not recommended

Beside date bugs; areas are not clear and if you pay and book for wrong area then no body can change the branch and you will lose your money! I am a regular customer but first time to use this app. Bad app and bad policy.
