I weigh 200 lbs. I rarely exercise. The app says I have a heart rate of 55. (a heartrate that low is typically only found in athletes.) Yeah...I really doubt it's that low.
I just started using this. Directions are still unclear & I can't find the pedometer to count me steps. Stars will change as I learn the app more.
I like this app , it's different/interesting.
1. Fix bug for pedometer and fitness program
2. Add 24 different levels of body fitness, abdominal training, leg-US-type and other 30-day training program.
3. Add cervical spine protection.
4. Add the heart rate interval calculation module.
His psychologist when needed, 24 hours a day, no matter where you are.
