The Worst Agents in the bussiness. Broken payment gateway, amount taken from account but not getting updated, had to make another bill payment for the same month. When asked for refund for the deducted amount from the first failed but charged payment, refuse refund & start telling that it was my own mistake for paying online. Getting anoyed so iam disconnecting this service I have had for 6 years, I want the refund as quick as possible so that I can change the provider. There' better options

The app keeps on crashing, what is the point of having an app when you want to recharge your package, it just stops responding.

Payment page not loading, app crashes before that. Not able to pay the wifi bill, please look into this issue asap.
