Update: Still 1 ⭐️ Why would you add an "I agree to pay the reconnect fee" toggle button to a prepaid account? Doesn't work half the time to allow us to pay our bill and this time RIGHT before a snow storm where we are expected to get 8 inches of snow! If my electricity is turned off (prepaid) before I can get money on it, I'm getting an attorney! This is the THIRD time we have been done this way where right before ice or snow I can't get into my account to put money on it.

Always has an error while trying to login idk why we can't just stay logged in instead of having to login everything we open the app

I really enjoy using this app. It's just one issue, I have been trying to let yall know that I need someone to come out to my house because of an issue that is causing problems. It would be very helpful if someone would help I can't even send I a request form. I've tried igot pictures ad everything.
