Upshur Rural provides URECC customers account management at their fingertips. Customers can view their usage and billing, manage payments, notify customer service of account and service issues and receive special messaging from URECC.

Bill & Pay -
Quickly view your current account balance and due date, manage recurring payments and modify payment methods. You can also view bill history including PDF versions of paper bills directly on your mobile device.

Contact Us -
Easily contact URECC. You can also submit one of the many predefined messages, with the ability to include pictures and GPS coordinates.

Maps -
Displays facility and payment dropbox locations on a map interface.

Report Outage -
Displays service interruption and outage information. You can also report an outage directly to your service provider.

My Usage -
View energy usage graphs to identify high usage trends. Navigate graphs quickly using an intuitive gesture based interface.

compared last year to this year. feel that's good to know. can see what my payment is and when it will be due. and that's good for me.

Disappointed. I made payments through the app for over a year. Now the last 2 payments have not gone through because of transposed numbers transmitted to my bank. $60 later and have completely lost trust in this app and will no longer use it.

It worked fine, i liked it. Couldn't log on, called cust service. She deleted all existing info so I could re-enter it. Now it won't accept anything. Who let the coders out unsupervised??? FIX THIS MESS!!! You took an acceptable system, turned it into FUBAR , and you haven't even done the update yet!!!
