It does take a few days to get a handle on the features, BECAUSE there are SO many. The support team is crazy responsive which is refreshing. For example I was working on an estimate clicked over to the Map Tool and realized it was not up to date, the building was not there reached out to the team and in less than 24 hours BAM it was updated got the measurements I needed and got over to my client. I absolutely love that I can create my own custom service and add it to my catalog.

I have been using quoteiq for a year and a half now and I can't express enough how easy/User friendly it is to use. I have tried a couple other crm's and though they also had a lot of features they were hard to navigate and had a poor layout. I get tons of compliments from customers on how professional my quotes look and how easy it is to make payments. Also the cost of quoteiq is second to none, by far most affordable. I highly recommend!!
