Your blood glucose readings are stored on your Android device. They can be shared with someone who care about you via SMS text message automatically when you enter them. Reminders popup at a specified time everyday to remind you to check your blood sugar. Tap on the reminder and it will take you straight to the app.
I created this app for a friend whose has a 13 year old daughter with type 1 diabetes and was afraid to let her stay with friends for fear she'd forget to check her blood sugar and/or forget to take her insulin. He wanted to know when she checked her blood sugar so that he would not have to worry.

You do three workouts per week, each workout consists of two exercises. If you want to do accessory work that is fine, but the focus should be on the six exercises the program consists of. That is, the bench press, parallel squat, power clean / variation, dead lift / variation, bench variation and squat variation.
If you're into sports, you will get the most out of this program if you combine it with sprint workouts, plyometrics and flexibility work. These workouts can be added between the strength workouts.
First of is Establishing your 3x3 set and rep records. It's very important that you do not miss a rep in the first week, rather you lift a little less weight than too much. In those places where you see a "+" sign, that means that the you should lift the number of reps or more. After that, just go hard and hit as many records as possible!
This Russian squat cycle has also been used by many for other lifts such as the bench press, shoulder press and deadlift with big jumps in strength. Smolov isn't for new lifters, but if you have some experience under your belt (like with 5/3/1, starting strength, 20 squat, etc.), then this may be a great lifting protocol for you.
Simply input your one rep maxes once! Based off your one rep maxes your entire Wendler routine will be calculated. You will not have to look at another percentage or weight chart again! Lose the spreadsheets! Your weights will automatically increase with each new cycle as little or much as you setup. This takes the math out of your training so you can focus on lifting!
The Wendler 5/3/1 mesocycles and lifts are automatically calculated based on how you lift and your body's own unique fitness level. Customize the program as little or a much as you want.
