Ratings and reviews

These people update wrong information and hides detention of a train to prevent ticket cancellation loss. How is this possible when a train has not reached a certain station and is late by more than 2 hours or more but it updates right time departure from the same station! This pattern has been observed at multiple instance and with different trains. Please do not believe on its update status.

Eventhough train not reached at the station it is showing the same is reached at station. Deviation from actual is about 40 minutes. Not dependable. The platform no. showing in the app is also misleading.

The train running status in this app should definitely be updated regularly with a maximum time interval of 5 minutes. Especially it takes a lot of time to update passenger trains, due to which passengers leave/miss the train and it does not get updated. Thanking you
