Ratings and reviews

The NTES app has worsened with each update. In the latest 21.2 version, there's no option to save/add favorites for recent searches, forcing users to re-enter the train number every time they open the app.

Do not ever follow this app.....comple wrong information.... Now I'm in the still in the train and the app/web site shows that the train has reached the destination about 1 hour ago. This happens all the times for all the trains. Third party website/appa are showing more accurate information that this so called official site

This is not a good app for live location and updates are so old that's why I'm unable to locate actual location of train in the same time...NTES needs to update regularly so that no one face problem to locate..
