This is by far the worst application I've ever used. Even with a strong internet connection, it fails miserably, especially during critical moments like booking Tatkal tickets, always ending up in the waiting list. What's worse, they don’t even bother to look into or fix this issue. Completely unreliable, frustrating, and a total waste of time!

Ads get displayed in the apps, I feel that can be removed and please make the app look appealing to users with beautifull interface. Users must feel it easy to use and understand.There are amazing features in this but you have to keep user engaging is what I feel. And please make the app function smoothly without clutter kind of feeling. Overall a great app and has great potential.

I always had a terrible experience while trying to book Tatkal tickets on the IRCTC app. As soon as the Tatkal booking window opened, the app just kept loading and didn't even allow me to proceed with the booking. Surprisingly, even local apps perform better than this. I urge you to update the app to handle the heavy traffic during Tatkal bookings. It's disappointing to see a government-backed app performing so poorly.
