I am a regular traveler by train and have been using IRCTC Connect app for the past few years now to book my tickets, but after the migration to the new app IRCTC RAIL CONNECT, I am not able to open the app. It shows the phone is rooted and to unroot the phone to enjoy the services. Kindly make a note that MY PHONE IS NOT rooted the phone till date and yet facing the problem. Please provide a solution
User friendly. Booked passengers details may be stored within this app for easy re use some other time. Phone number used at the time of registration of IRCTC Wallet may not be treated as one and final. Because that number may be lost or changed subsequently by the user. So pl provisions may be added to change the mobile number used at the time of registration. Thanks for your information regarding passengers list and i noted in the apps itself. But regarding my 2nd query, I could not revise my registered mobile number. I'm getting reply as this number is already registered. Pl provide provision to change mobile number as we using currently. Even if it is registered, that registration may be cancelled and the same mobile number may be allowed to register currently. Pl kindly fix this.
Most horrible App for booking a rail ticket. It takes no time to deduct the money from account. But takes a long time to refund after cancellation. Does not attend mails. I have sent several query through mail but not even bother to reply. Don't understand how the payment system can be so ridiculous in the age of digital payment. The authority should be concerned about the issue and should take remedial measure.
Previous app was good, i regularly use irctc app for booking now a days this updated app not working properly, amount dedicated by bank and card 3 time I tried it dedicated my amount its not yet refunded. It needs lot of bug fixing process. Dont give this kind of app to public. Please take urgent action.
Your updated app a has gone bonkers. You can't login even with the screen overlay turned off. When y I try logging in it says no data connection though the Internet is fine and all relevant permissions are given.. The old app was more user friendly.
I could recover my password. I was unable to use it. I had installed and used it for railway reservation. During last week of January 16,I had to reset the mobile to factory setting.After reinstalling the app I am unable to log in.I had forgot User name and password. Rs 445/-is balance with IRCTC. I expect that once the mobile number is registered;new pin should be sent automatically.
