I have been using this application for many years. Never get satisfied with its operations. The new errors come like a new season. never ending errors. now it is getting logged out when the payment is about to succeed and says the transaction failed. nearly more than 15 transactions failed in the last week. Money will be deducted for a failed transaction and there is a refund. what's the use?

Lots of ad banners. Sometimes ad banners don't let you do anything but close the app and start over again. Pathetic! Hard to believe this is IRCTC official app meant for ticket booking. Day by day, they are making the app a junk, adding unnecessary features that have nothing to do with rail. Keep it focused, simple, relevant and easy to use.

"Congratulations! You've built the world's most useless ticketing app!" Out of 100 attempts, exactly ONE booking went through successfully. Every time I try to book a ticket, it either: ❌ Crashes at the payment page ❌ Shows "loading" after selecting journey details ❌ Logs me out randomly mid-booking Do yourself a favor — uninstall this immediately and go stand in a queue at the station. At least the queue will actactually give you a ticket. 🚂🗑️
