The app works fine, but the reward points program is very disappointing. Most of the time when we fill fuel, the points entered by the attendants do not get credited to our account. We must repeatedly follow up with the outlet or raise complaints with IOC to get them added. Sometimes points are adjusted from other customers’ unclaimed bills, which is not transparent. Customer service is also poor and unresponsive. Due to these repeated issues, I have permanently stopped using the rewards program

Worst Experience with this App – Avoid It!Extremely poor service – no response on the toll-free number or complaint channels. The delivery boy was rude and unprofessional, and Samaira Agency never picked up our calls. The app lacks a basic order cancellation option, making it totally unreliable.Don't waste your time with this app. Visit your nearest GAS agency for self-pickup instead – at least they might support you there! Thanks

edit (after Indian Oil replied)- issue raised but no use edit: if you raise complain, they close ticket without resolving the issue half the outlets don't accept the XRTRAREWARS and half of them who know about it select cash option and that a limit of ₹1000 only even though we pay through UPI or card and when we raise query in the app they close it without resolving the issue. moreover, we need to be in vicinity of the outlet to submit query which is not possible always.
