Constant Login Error "Despite entering the correct registered mobile number and password, I am constantly getting a login error. I have tried multiple times with my email as well, but the result is the same. Very disappointing experience. Please look into this issue."

one of the worst app 1. the screens do not refresh with the correct data 2. the kyc and other selection flow never works 3. after if you are able to reach the new connection selection ex- gas you will not get the details about the connection ex - bpl etc.. 4. after cancellation of the request and placing a new one the on group office cannot get me the connection even after 1 week of kyc compilation i hope you will be able to gauge it now or just get your app testing professionally?

This company provides absolutely pathetic service. I have a gas connection from a nearby agency, Punsup Gas Agency. I ordered a refill 10 days ago. I have visited the branch twice, but the staff is extremely irresponsible. They don’t listen and instead ask me to call the delivery person assigned to my society, who doesn’t even pick up the phone. The irony is that I have raised two complaints on the app, and neither received any resolution. The toll-free numbers don’t work at all. Truly pathetic!
