I have been using the Indane gas booking app since long time and currently there are too many restrictions under this app. Like, can't book the gas showing error. There is cool off period of 25 days+ 15-20 days for delivering the gas and even after delivering the gas they do update in the system after 3-4 days. So, the end consumer had to wait for more than 40-50 days. Very much unsatisfied with the services of the app and the delivery team as well.

I am very disappointed with the Indane Gas Booking app. It has many bugs that make it difficult to use. The biggest problem is that the login session expires almost every time, and users are forced to log in again and again. Even after entering the correct details, the app often fails to log in properly. Because of these issues, booking a cylinder becomes frustrating and time-consuming. An app meant to make the process easier should work smoothly, but currently it does the opposite.

The App is very good to use LPG booking, fuel price checking. I'm using it since the app is found. But I can't check the fuel details and XtraReward point now, which is available in the previous version. I can't redeem or add points after refiling fuels. The interface is totally changed. The previous version of the UI is better than now.
