About this app

Do you take photos at balls, dances or corporate events? You know it — a queue of customers, pieces of paper with photo numbers, confusing payments and an hour of figuring out who ordered what and who paid after the event.

EventPhoto POS solves this. It is a simple application on your phone that replaces paper, a calculator and a notepad.

HOW IT WORKS

The customer chooses the photos. You just enter the photo number and click a button — print, electronic version, or both. The price is calculated automatically according to your price list. The customer pays in cash, by card or via QR code. Done.

The entire order takes a few seconds. No writing, no counting, no searching through papers.

WHAT IT WILL BRING YOU

Speed ​​— large buttons designed for working in the stress and confusion of an event. Minimum writing, maximum clicking. Before the customer reaches for their wallet, your order is ready.

Overview — you can see all orders, who has paid, who is waiting for a QR payment, who else to send electronic photos to. No more sorting through papers the next morning.

Security — an order in progress will not be lost, even if someone calls you or you accidentally close the application. Critical buttons are protected against double-clicking.

PAYMENTS

Cash, credit card or QR code — just tap. For QR payments, a code will be displayed, the customer will scan it and you can check if the payment has been sent. Did you see the confirmation? Mark it as paid. Not sure? Mark it as unverified and check it later in the overview.

ELECTRONIC PHOTOS

The customer wants photos in electronic form? You have three options for how to do this:
— Do you have a Bluetooth printer? Print a ticket with the photo numbers and your contact. The customer will contact you by email.
— Don't have a printer? Give the customer a business card with the order number. You can find it in the overview.
— Want to handle it yourself? Write the customer's contact directly in the order in the application and send the photos to them after the event.

BLUETOOTH PRINT

Optional support for small Bluetooth thermal printers. After payment, a receipt, a payment slip with a QR code for unverified payments or a slip with electronic photo numbers are automatically printed. What to print, what footer and what data — you set it all up.

Don't have a printer? No problem, the application works exactly the same without it.

PRICE LIST AND DISCOUNTS

You set the price list once and then you don't have to think about it. The application calculates the price automatically — including volume discounts for multiple prints of the same photo. It also supports VAT payer mode.

STATISTICS

After the event, you can see how much you earned, how many orders you had, how many photos you sold. Clear graphs and numbers. You can export the data to Excel.

WORKS WITHOUT INTERNET

The application works completely without the Internet. All data remains on your phone. No cloud, no data sharing with third parties.
