Very basic app, which basically allows you to check the balance on cards ans find some nearby partners. There is no option of registring and activating new cards, you don't see the status (activated, not registred,...) of cards and it is not possible to view/change PIN. Also yhe transaction list is very brief and does not contain detailed information (fpr example why payment was not successful,...). I would expect much more from the app, not mentioning general Edenred services...

The jackasses at Edenred keep messing with it. One day it stopped working, and I got an email saying they're having technical difficulties. 1 day later they got it back online, and soon it was down again. Now it sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. They don't even bother sending the emails anymore. Get your act together, Edenred! Our employers are paying you a lot of money for this service!

Whole quality of sw is ridiculous. Not being able to say "how happy" I am with your products elsewhere, I'm saying it here. This is the most ridiculous system I saw in 5 years. Retarded design, totally user unfriendly, chaotic. The only thing which "help" with all this your mess is the cover letter, which come along with card, which was totally incomplete and irrelevant to the whole retarded task needed to be performed. It's definitely the worst product in last 5 years, but there is one thing I'm not sure about: whether it's really just 5 years, or whether it's the worst stuff I saw ever.
