The Let's Move app motivates you to move regularly and helps make activity a natural part of every day. Walking to work, cycling, running, walking the dog, taking the stairs instead of the elevator, yoga or dancing - even small steps make sense.

Just launch the app before your activity, select the type of movement and go. Let's Move will record your activity and convert it into points. You can then use the points you collect for benefits, discounts and rewards at our partners.
