The database contains more than 650 fields of study at secondary schools, 7,000 types of study at universities and 450 professions.

It will take you about 30 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

You can show your parents a certificate and compare it with friends or classmates.

The test is designed for pupils and students of primary and secondary schools from 13 to 18 years.

The questionnaire uses a three-point Lickert scale (1–3), which is not difficult to understand, and it will not be difficult to answer individual statements.

A team of school and counseling psychologists worked on the development and development of the questionnaire and its development started in 2015.

Talentest is designed for all who are interested in finding out what specific talents they have and what path they should take in their next life so that they can fully utilize and apply them.

The main question to which the outcomes of this questionnaire answer and develop Howard Gardner's theory is to identify the level and disposition of specific talents out of a total of eight. Find out which talents they are in our app.

Talentest is an author project of JOB ON Ltd. created in cooperation with PhDr. Antonín Mezera, a leading expert in career counseling and career choice, author of a number of professional publications, such as: “Which career I fit”, “Self-knowledge”, “Pupil self-assessment questionnaires” and many others.

The test is based on Howard Gardner's Multiple Intelligences theory, published in the USA (1983), in the book "Frames of Mind: Theory of Multiple Intelligences" (Czech edition 1999 and 2018 entitled "Thinking Dimensions: Theory of Multiple Intelligences" ”.
