About this app

Space within reach. Kosmonautix brings Czech news from space, an overview of space events and useful tools for anyone interested in events beyond the Earth's borders. Read news, analyses, short reports and stories from the Kosmonautix.cz editorial team, browse individual sections, search for interesting topics and save your favourite articles. Follow planned launches, landings, arrivals to space stations and ascents into free space. You can open the details for each event and set a reminder with the required advance notice. The application also contains videos, planned Kosmonautix broadcasts and podcasts. Playback uses YouTube and Spotify services and requires an internet connection. Use the ISS flyby function to find out when the International Space Station may be visible from your location. You can view its current path on an interactive globe, the flyby forecast and set a notification. The use of location is voluntary and the calculation is done directly on your device. The application also includes a Czech overview of flights, prototypes, tests, operational restrictions and important milestones of the Super Heavy Starship program. You can also discover astronautics through statistics and a calendar of important historical events Stalo se. The home overview can be customized to your own needs, follow selected companies and space agencies, set notifications and choose a light or dark appearance. Basic content is available without logging in. You can use an existing Kosmonautix.cz account for commenting, rating and other community functions.
