You can mix the sound that suits you best. You have at your disposal:
Rain - Probably everyone knows how beautiful it sleeps when it rains outside. The sounds of rain help maintain a deep sleep. Use if you need to sleep for a long time and sleep even in the morning.
Wind - The sound of the wind has a relaxing character, it helps to fall asleep when we have been awake for too long (we have dragged out the time when we go to sleep) and we can no longer fall asleep. Also suitable in the morning.
Sea waves - The sounds of the sea, thanks to their gradual and slow rise, evoke delta waves and help maintain a deep sleep. Use when you need to revitalize your body (after a physically demanding day).
White noise - monotonous noise that your ear will quickly get used to and you can cover the unpleasant noise from the surroundings. It is suitable for unpleasant (creaking, creaking, screaming ..) and irregular sounds (cars passing, dog barking, bird voices ...).
Heartbeat - We heard this sound constantly in my mother's belly. It evokes a feeling of security in us and has a calming character. Use this sound when you feel upset, stressed, or anxious. For this sound, it is necessary to have silence in the room, because this sound spreads poorly, do not use in combination with others, it would not be heard.
Mix the sound yourself that will suit you.
The application is intended as a noise barrier during sleep.
Monotonous and sleep-friendly sounds mask the noise from the surroundings.
At the same time, it is a helper for inducing and maintaining a peaceful and deep sleep.
Not only is it easier to fall asleep, but sleep is deeper and the body and mind are better regenerated.
The volumes of individual sounds are adjusted with a slider, for more precise settings the +/- buttons can be used.
Then use the buttons to adjust the total volume to the phone volume.
The time for which sounds are to be output can be set under the sliders (only in the full version).
If you want to have infinite sound, set 00:00.
At the last minute, the sounds will be muted gradually to avoid bursting (this does not apply if you set only one minute until the end).
A red tinge is used here, which does not increase the production of serotonin (a hormone that restricts sleep) and at the same time does not limit the production of melatonin (a regenerative hormone that is formed in sleep).
It is recommended to put the mobile phone at least a meter away from the head while sleeping or to switch to flight mode (when the mobile phone's radiation is switched off).
It is advisable to place the mobile phone in the direction of the noise (for example, to the window, to the door ...)
Unlike the full version, it is not possible to set the time for which the sounds are to be muted themselves and it is fixed for 5 minutes. Furthermore, the application does not remember the last set values.
