I used this app previously and was quite happy with it. However, when I tried to use it again (I only use it when traveling to check on my pet), I had to update the app on both phones and then received and error that the versions were not compatible, so I was unable to use the app. This happened after I paid for a week's subscription. When I contacted the company about the issue, they said "We know that. The Android app will be updated with milti-platform support ASAP. The version is ready just final testing. Please come back in couple of weeks." Obviously this is unacceptable as my trip is over and subscription is expired. When I asked for a refund, they refused. I'm extremely disappointed, as I did like the app previously, but the current issues and terrible customer service means I won't be using it again in the future.

Cannot get it to work cross platform. I'm on Android and the monitoring station is an iPad. Both apps are up to date, downloaded the same day even. I can use the android phone as a monitor, but that's my phone. It says "the version of the app you are using is not compatible with the version of another device." I don't understand why the phone works as a monitor and can feed to the iPad, but the inverse isn't true.

Beware that this app doesn't have cross platform compatibility. So if you have an iPad as one of the devices, you can't use it with an android phone, etc. I asked for a reimbursement but never had an answer from them
