WorkLinks.com® is an innovative project of the company Jurent CZ, Ltd., focused on development of intercompany cooperation in the area of human and material resources.
At the first stage of a long-term strategy, the new project responses to a dramatic lack of workforce, with which our society is struggling, and implements a web and mobile application, automatically searching and interconnecting offers and demands for free workforce in the mode of temporary allocation of work, fully in compliance with Section 43a of the Labour Code.
At the same time, however, already at its first stage, the project also comes up with more sophisticated methods of co-operations in the form of mutual utilisation of free manufacturing and other corporate capacities. The central point is the interconnection of companies searching for free capacities with companies currently unable to utilise their existing capacities for various reasons and, as a result, incurring considerable financial losses and costs of the staff or machinery and equipment not utilised.
The application WorkLinks.com® provides its users with an extraordinarily effective assistance in enhancing the productivity and efficiency at work, actually at any stage of the economic cycle. It means the most reliable, easily calculable and measurable form, and, therefore, also an essential method of cost saving on both sides of each cooperation project.
There are lots of reasons for use of the WorkLinks.com® application by clients offering or demanding free human and material capacities. For instance, a large number of seasonal jobs in numerous sectors, production oscillations caused by an increased demand or, on the contrary, by an unexpected decrease in demand, temporary outages of production caused by sudden adverse circumstances, but also by new investment or reconstruction or modernisation of production capacities. Moreover, our project helps company managers facilitate the strategic planning, for example in case of relatively demanding investment schemes.

Our clients are also protected using another active measure, we verify the identity and reliability of the participating companies through relevant registers, not only using the Commercial Register, but also using the register of VAT payers, insolvency register or ARES database.
