Previo would like to present you a new housekeeping application, which would most likely become one of the most useful extensions of our reception software.
Application is fully connected with Previo and therefore your cleaning service can very easily and quickly inform your reception about the process of cleaning of certain rooms in real time. You can easily tell, which guests might be already accommodated and which rooms are still being cleaned.
For the purpose of this application we added a new extended housekeeping module in Previo. You can assign certain rooms to certain users. This assignment will take affect also in the application, where only assigned rooms will be displayed for certain user.
Housekeeping module in Previo will also simplify supervision of your housekeeping staff, so guests could not complain about the untidiness of rented rooms.
Cleaning staff can also report defects in rooms to the receptionist. When reporting the defect, user can add description of defect and take a picture of defect, which will be assigned to the report.
Special housekeeping module in Previo also covers solving of defects – certain user can be assigned to deal with the defect and he can also change the progress of reparation. Defects are also now highlighted in reservation calendar.
