Get on the pink bikes and enjoy a ride in different cities of the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Estonia. It's easy, fast and comfortable. Every time you ride a bike, you change the city for the better, because it is an efficient, sustainable and often the fastest way of urban transport.

Bikes are available 24/7, whenever you need them. You can find out their location directly in the app, and most often find them parked in bike racks and designated areas.

It literally takes a minute to register. Then just scan the QR code on your bike and you're good to go.

app keeps on wanting to authenticate my email and telling me its full. I email customer service and they then tell me its my email problem, but they send me an email with no problem, but its my fault. card needed to be renewed multiple times this year also despite using the program over 100 times last year. despite them saying the problem has been resolved, I just tried to reinstall the app, and can still not use it with a Microsoft email. n

The app wouldn't let me end my ride properly, so I contacted support. Instead of helping, support forced me to walk all the way back to the bike just so I could lock it manually, completely refusing to end the ride remotely from their end. Defeats the entire purpose of a quick, convenient bike-share app. Customer service is completely rigid and unhelpful. Avoid

Second Edit: After using a few times, I think its performance after registration is 5/5. First edit: added 1 star back as the customer service responded quickly Have you considered that the user entered the wrong number during registration and is then unable to change it because they are blocked by the UI?
