What’s new at MyŠkoda?

New homepage — key info at a glance!
• Find the most important info on the homepage.
• See your vehicle lock status, battery charging status and more with the widget feature. Timestamps show when such information was updated.

Remote functions updates
• Manage climate control, unlock your car, and more.
• Create charging schedules, as easily as possible.

Maintenance and servicing updates
• Save a phone call to your service partner — MyŠkoda shows the distance or time left to your next service inspection.
• Keep informed about the status of crucial parts such as the engine and brakes.
• If you need to contact or book an appointment with a service partner, you’ll find their details quickly and easily in MyŠkoda.

Even more new whizzy features
• Join MyŠkoda Club, take driving challenges and become a greener driver. You’ll also get the latest updates from the world of Škoda.
• New trip planning features! When taking longer journeys, you can make them smoother and safer by adding rest stops for taking regular breaks. You can also include charging points too!

• In most newer models, you can now share MyŠkoda app functions and car information with guests. You can add guests via the in-car screen.

Useless. Worked for a day or two when I got my new Enyaq, then everything froze and it was good for absolutely nothing. Škoda, who have conducted a thorough investigation of the problem, think things are fine because the computer at their end says so, but nothing works in the app, and I can't set up as the primary user in the car. I therefore can't use the car properly. This is worse than just being a rubbish app, this is a deal breaker when it comes to buying a new car. Not buying Škoda again.

Flaky at best in all its incarnations I use this to tell the weather, I know it's cold when I try to use the window heating or car temperature feature and I get an apparently temporary error When attempting to start a battery charge outside of plan, again, temporary error Notifications are turned off except alarm but it will wake me everyday at 5.30 am telling me my car is charged despite this. So now MySkoda is blocked as part of do not disturb settings. So won't know if alarm triggered

Functions on the app are good, the main fundamental issue is that the app only sporadically updates the data on the phone from the car SO YOU CAN'T USE THEM!. This process should be a seamless and transparent update between car and phone. Due to the sporadic connection the daily challenge and point accumulation are missed which is really frustrating. Nothing tells me when it might connect ('activating'), or what are the 'ideal' conditions for it to work. It should not be this difficult in 2026.
