I have prepared an Android application for your mobile phone that can handle and help identify any problems with your local connection, clearly describe the problem, which will then speed up the solution. It can display the status of the internal network, the functionality of services on the server and the Internet, you will also get a current overview of security threats on the Internet from NÚKIB and CSIRT, you can also activate the receipt of notifications directly from us, when we can easily send you push messages during service work or other events.

Through the application, you can also access the administration of services, an overview of your connection and billing, and you can also send us an authorized message using the contact form.

With a simple test, you can find out where the potential problem with the connection is. The application will show you what is good and what, on the contrary, may be a problem with the connection.

Using the Support button, the application can send us diagnostic data, just call us and we can help you identify the problem much better.

We have prepared an educational quiz with questions that are relevant today, you will increase your knowledge in a fun way.

The application will help you share your WiFi network, if you need to pass on the data or remember it for other members, just generate a QR code, share it or save it as a profile in the application for future use. Create network profiles and use or share them at any time.

You will also get easy and understandable information about your internal and public IP address, what devices you have on the network or scan the surrounding wireless networks, the application will color-code the available ones to those with a suitable signal for connection, so you can better determine the location of your WiFi router or determine interference from surrounding networks.
