VolEver – "It starts with a little help, it can continue with a big friendship..."

VolEver is a mobile application that connects people from Ukraine who have fled the conflict in their country with local volunteers offering practical help. The aim of the application is to facilitate orientation in a new country, strengthen social ties and support dignified integration through a safe and understandable digital tool.

The application was created as part of the international project Volunteers Everywhere (VolEver), which responds to the need for better coordination of volunteer assistance and availability of support for people from Ukraine living in host countries.

🤝 How VolEver works

Ukrainian users can use the application to:
- search for offers of help in their area,
- establish contact with volunteers,
- receive support in everyday situations, such as accompaniment, orientation in services, language support or leisure activities.
Volunteers can:
- offer their time and skills,
- respond to specific needs,
- engage in meaningful assistance at the local level.

🛡️ Safety and responsible use

User safety is key for us. The application is operated in cooperation with the non-profit organization OPU, which has many years of experience working with people in forced migration.
User accounts are verified via email.
Communication between users is subject to the rules of decent and respectful behavior.
Content and user behavior may be manually controlled by administrators in justified cases.
In the event of inappropriate behavior or content, users can contact the application administrator via email or phone number specified in the application and terms of cooperation.
The application is not intended to provide professional legal, health or social advice. Volunteers do not replace professional services.

VolEver is primarily intended for:
- people from Ukraine who have fled the conflict and are looking for support in the host country,
- volunteers who want to offer help in a meaningful and coordinated way.
