About this app

This application is used to report complaints about Prague's public lighting (malfunctions, illegal advertising, disturbing light). All you have to do is take a picture of the mast, copy the six-digit identification number from the label on the relevant street lighting pole or scan it using a QR code, if the label on the mast is equipped with it. Select a specific type of stimulus from the menu (off, damage, door knocked out, black advertising, distracting light or others) and send the notification. Your request will be forwarded to the control room, which will evaluate it and forward the complaint for resolution.
