Sending a shipment - Between us
No more paperwork, forms or label printing. Send our shipment in no time with our mobile application, in which you will find the Between Us service. All you need is a phone and online payment.

Shipment return
Do you need to return the shipment to the e-shop? No problem. The application allows you to easily return the shipment, just enter the code you received from the e-shop. You don't have to fill anything else.

Tracking
Thanks to detailed shipment tracking and connection to our system, you will know exactly where the shipment is located.

Push Notifications
Be in the picture. The application notifies you immediately when the shipment is ready to be picked up.

Dispensing points
Thanks to the interactive map, you can search for the nearest dispensing points in the area. The built-in filter also allows you to select the places where you can pay by card, for example. In the detail of the dispensing point you will find a description of how to get there, including photos or opening hours.

Shipment archive
In the shipment archive, you can view all your shipments that have ever been paired with your account.

Cannot change my phone number for my account. I could technically re-register to change it but I cannot because of a long waiting period to delete my account, and If i receive a parcel while waiting to delete my account the process reverses. Support said cannot change phone because of security reasons, this is a bad excuse to just refuse to support customer.

Nothing short of an atrocity. I will stop ordering anything with zasilkovna and make sure to always use their competition. Everyone HATE your app. WE DO NOT WANT AN APP HOW IS IT HARD TO UNDERSTAND?

Stupid app. I got the return number from eshop to be able to send it back through packeta, but can't use this number (generated through packeta) on z-box directly even through it has a typing pad. Instead i have to download this app which requires my personal data and phone number and does not even support foreign numbers. After going through this process you get a red field that returns through z-box are not possible. What a piece of trash...

What’s new

You can now return parcels via Z-BOX using a 9-digit code entered on the Z-BOX keypad.
If your online store provided you with an 8-digit code, you can convert it to a 9-digit code in the app via "Return parcel".
