Well worth the 260 RS. I have a Micromax a99 running android 5.0. Not the hardest one to root but still 3.5 on difficulty level. Kingroot was the only option available since I don't really know how to root using pc. So for anyone who can't root using pc(adb, flashtool, etc) just use kingroot and this app and lo! You have a rooted device.
Best app ever!! Tried to uninstall an app myself that helped with root and was taking over my phone. I screwed everything up. Contacted Gates Junior, he responded immediately, and now everything works great. If you want to root a verizon-sm-g900v, the hardest one to root, then this a "must have app." It leaves no bad remnants of the other app behind. Thanks dev. for your hard work and great support. M. Doesn't Work This Time I used this app sever months ago and it worked perfectly. Now, I can't get it to work. I have Kingroot 5.2 and I consistently obtain root through it. I could only get the "grant permission" dialog to pop up once and Supersu Me only got partially through it's process. Supersu was installed and Kingroot was partially uninstalled with no root. I have tried running this app as fast as I can after obtaining root with no luck. I have a Note 4 on Verizon with unlocked bootloader.
It was an interesting process. I'm on a Samsung g900a and am now fully rooted with supersu. It took several tries, and with each try different things happened. Well worth $4. A week ago I was thoroughly startled to discover a 3 year old phone like this s5 couldnt be easily rooted. It's taken me a few days of research to finally reach this method; all just to gain unfettered access to my own property.
Device=write protected. I'm still glad I supported your app tho. I have an lgl82vl straight talk phone. The phone absolutely cannot be rooted by any method for longer than a few minutes. I'll literally give $100 to anyone who can tell me how to permanently root this phone. If it does get rooted ( which is very hard and only 1/5 attempts with king root) the phone restarts itself within three minutes and root is lost. I've tried manually rooting it with adb and is write protected. I've tried king root(pc and Android versions), kingo root, towel root, srsroot, lg one click, universal one click, iroot, and countless others. The only reason I need to root is i have an 128G sd card 99G free but internal is so full can't do anything with it. This phone has no recovery(only factory reset), no fastboot, no download mode.
Did you work for me all the way. I didn't end up with SuperSU pro. I just have super super and I granted all the permissions and got rid of king root. Can you please help me? I only bought it because I thought I was going to have super super pro with this purchase. May I get a refund if it doesn't work like that,?
Added additional cleanup for the newest version of KingRoot.
