About this app

How it works:

First, mark the edge of the machine whose rotational speed you want to find. Ensure that the machine is placed in suitable darkness. Now, go to the app, turn it on, and in the input field, enter the approximate value of RPM. Focus your flashlight on the rotating machine, then adjust the RPM using the bar up or down until the mark on the machine appears stationary.
Read the value from the input field; this is the RPM of your rotating machine.

Features of the RPM Meter - Strobe Lights:
• Simple and smooth interface
• Easy-to-use app with a user-friendly design
• Compact app size
• No internet connectivity needed
• On/off button functions like a torch
• RPM Meter – Strobe Light can be used as a torchlight
• Strobe light mode works like a stroboscope.
• The strobe light speed can be set in different ways, such as using the seek bar, plus/minus buttons, or entering the speed manually in the text field.

All in all I found it to be very easy to use. and the ad's we're to bad, better than alot of apps out there. the only issue i could complain about was a slight irritation. That was when I adjusted the strobe wether increasing or decreasing the rpm it would stop the strobe for a few seconds and then start back up at the value of the adjustment. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was strictly because it doesn't have to calibration settings to verify that phone is close to accurate.

Never thought it will deliver what i had in mind. But it did that and more. Used this app to nicely see a vibrating string standing wave. Just amazing. Also could show my what is relative speed, by strobing against a rotating fan and getting the stationary (apparent) condition. Just amazing and has lot of educational potential. Yes, as few mention, it does show Ads, but it also delivers what it promises. Thanks a lot for this beautiful app!!

Works soso. The biggest problem is, that when you use the buttons to increase or decrease the frequency, the internal timer gets reset and your mark vanishes out of your view (to the backside or wherever) so you either need to wait, until it shows again (because you are still not in sync) or it never shows again (which means, you are in sync). Very unfortunate, but the rest works fine
