Ratings and reviews

It's unclear what they did but after the "update" booking a taxi has become a nightmare. I couldn't book a taxi twice. The map also wont allow me to select my position. Also, so many ads that it's getting difficult to interact with it if you need a taxi fast. Terrible user experience. It was 2 clicks before.

I am from Malaysia and travelling to Taiwan soon, but i am unable to register for an account in the apps as SMS verification service is unavailable.

The latest update has made the interface even less user-friendly, especially the pick-up selection, and the App basically is useless on rainy days or every Friday morning, always no found. That booking-a-trip function is even a bigger joke, always no response unless you're booking a trip to the airport that far. /disappointed
