With every order the service gets worse... Items not as pictured, sizes marked wrong, items missing, and absolutely no way to reach customer support, which makes shopping online with this platform even more time consuming and frustrating than in real life. Pity, as it was completly fine at the beginning and during the pandemic.

I fell in love with the UI in this app mere moments after installing it. Keeping region and language separate options was arguably one of the best decisions, though not as good as a feature that now has disappeared. The app had a feature where one could insert their sizes, body shape, and the previous clothes they bought and liked, and the app would give recommendations as to which size the customer should buy based on given data. Were it not removed, 5 stars would be an understatement.

On 08/29/2023, I made an order for a large amount, after the payment, a note appeared on the screen that the order was not accepted, the money was deducted. promised to return the money within 48 hours, but 8 days have passed!!! and I'm still waiting. I really don't recommend starting with about you
