Strategic board game.

Play the ancient game Go (Weiqi, Igo, Baduk) against your computer.

User interface for GNU Go (v3.8 included).
GNU Go is an AI engine that plays Go at about 8 to 12 kyu strength.

Ratings and reviews

around 10kyu. relatively good in local fights. beginners will find it educational in tsumego, provided they play aggressively. it's main failing is that it doesn't provide any tutorials.

Can play with 2 people or vs the computer with difficulty settings. I can beat the computer as white with no handicap on lower settings so it is about right for my practice. 9 by 9 and 19 by 19 boards are both options

Decent, quick Go app. Sometimes messes up counting seki and other corner cases. AI isn't too strong for newcomers, but not many options for problem setup & review.
