the U.I. takes a little bit to get used to, but functionally, this app works great! once you get your favorites set up, all the info you need is right there and when the guages send new data, it immediately refreshes.

This app is amazing for checking on river levels for paddling activities that my family enjoys. I love the quick access to all the gauges I care about in favorites. The map view is great for discovering new gauge locations. I use the alarms feature that gives notifications at my defined river levels and flows. I really enjoy the forecast feature when available, and the seasonal overview is awesome to check for normal historical water levels. Keep up the great work! Happy 2 year paid subscriber!

For 7 years I've used RiverApp to monitor streamflow on the river that runs through my property. I love comparing seasonal and year-to-year variations. My favourite feature is the custom alarm function. I have it set to notify me when the river is flowing above its seasonal average so I have a heads-up to prepare for possible flood conditions. For a small annual fee RiverApp always works like a dream and doesn't inundate you with ads or hidden trackers. One of my favourite apps!
