Healthclapp helps companies boost health, motivation, and team spirit.
Employees collect Healthpoints through physical activities and can redeem them for attractive rewards provided by their employer. Everyone decides how they want to earn points – flexibly, individually, and based on personal preferences.

How it works
With Healthclapp, your employees have many ways to earn Healthpoints:

- Free movement: Go jogging, cycling, or take part in other outdoor activities
- Use of facilities: Visits to gyms, yoga studios, swimming pools, martial arts centers, sports or tennis courts, and more
- Step counter: Count daily steps – simple and effective
- Participation in activities: Earn points for active lunch breaks, massages, courses, or seminars – recorded conveniently via NFC card

- Custom Healthspots:
Employers can define individual Healthspots where points can be collected – perfect for tailored corporate offers.
Employees can also suggest their own active locations, which can be approved as official Healthspots after employer review.

- Group motivation:
Teams and groups boost motivation and make it more fun to stay active together.

- Personal overview:
All collected points and activities are clearly displayed in the app.

- Flexible reward options:
Employers define which rewards are available for redemption – whether custom incentives or vouchers via Healthclapp. Rewards are sent directly to employees.

Employers only see the final point totals – without any data on time, location, or type of activity.

Getting started

- Access:
The app can only be used after activation by your employer. Employees receive access and can register in the app right away.

- Permissions required:
- Location access (for route tracking)
- Background location access (for Healthspot mode)
