Ratings and reviews

App is very finicky. Searching for items is a pain, as it tries to auto complete item names with random words (ex: I tried to search for vegan cheese. When typing "vegan ch", it will return "vegan free," "vegan classic," and "vegan zesty"). You also have to be very specific with what you are searching for and cannot filter or sort results. There are some items I dont even bother trying to order in the app because unless I remember the exact brand and item name, it takes forever to find.

I've had problems with my curbside orders not going to the correct location that I selected before. Recently, something changed with the check in for curbside where it won't let me check in on the app, it only loads instacarts website. I didn't get any texts for my order being completed or for checking in, so I had to just keep trying different things until I could check in. If you try to call the store you can't actually get ahold of a person either.

This used to be a GREAT app. It had an easy-to-use interface, you could see the week ahead ads and add things to your list so that you can keep track of them in the store, and it was a separate interface than the website so it was easy to use and you could link it to your instacart. The new version is horrendous, you can only see the current week which means you have no idea what's going to be in the store and you can't plan ahead, it looks clunky and awkward and identical to the website
