Jobcenter app is the new app for citizens and customers of job centers that work together with the Federal Employment Agency (joint facilities).

With the job center app, everything about the job center is clear and in one place: regional information about the job center, applications, news and appointments.

WHO CAN USE THE APP
All citizens can access regional information from the job centers. This is done by entering a zip code. There you will find regional applications, event information or information about opening times and contact options.

The job center app makes it easier for customers to communicate with your job center. Use your smartphone to conveniently access your user account (profile) at jobcenter.digital. Requirements for the registered area in the app:
• You have submitted an application for citizen's benefit or would like to submit one
• You have a personal contact person in the job center
• You have access data (email address and password) for jobcenter.digital
(Unfortunately not possible to use with your BundID account)
