About this app

The Campus Coach is a free digital health offer for students that accompanies and supports young people during their studies in the 4 subject areas of nutrition, addiction, stress and fitness.

What can you expect from the campus coach? Exciting highlight events, the 7Mind Study app and great offers that will keep you healthy through your studies.

Highlight events:
Our digital highlight events always take place on new topics. Take part in the comfort of your own home and join in live:

- Co-Cooking Sessions: Our professional chefs cook digitally with you in your kitchen. Here you will get to know healthy and inexpensive recipes and the joy of cooking!

- Online event: Talking about addiction & stress: The show must go on! Speakers report on their failure and show why apparent failures can be the beginning of something big or simply belong and can be overcome. This can also help you to master your challenges.

- 7Mind online seminars: Relaxation, mindfulness and inner peace - with the 7Mind online seminars you will get to know exciting insights that show you how you can strengthen, promote and maintain your mental health.

- Deep Talks: You always wanted to talk about something, but somehow there was never the right opportunity for it? In our Deep Talks we offer you an uncomplicated atmosphere and a lot of openness for all topics. The whole thing is accompanied by competent experts who have one or the other tip ready for you.

Pre-condition:
Students of the Campus Coach partner universities can register for the app free of charge and see all contributions and content in full. You can find a list of all participating universities on the homepage or under registration.
Your university is not listed? Under registration, you have the option of entering your university and we will try to convince them to participate in the Campus Coach.
