Rainy days I usually do outdoor activities to get my exercise, but when I am strapped for time and/or the weather prevents me from getting out accordingly, this is my favorite contingency workout. The app is straightforward and works with all stages of individuals to accommodate different levels of difficulty. Well done.
Good for different levels This app is good for people at different levels. You can do beginner or advanced. There's also 2 different choices on beginner so you aren't doing the same exercises continuously.
Love it! After a small health scare I decided to take better care of myself. This app helps to remind me to get a workout in. I feel great afterward!! Looking forward to using this more.
Pretty simple Easy but because I'm out of shape I can feel I'm out of breath after just 8 simple exercises. Plan on doing this twice a day. Once in the morning and again in the afternoon.
Great I would like to buy the full app, but being on disability and not bringing in much money with a family still to support I'm in a tough situation. I need to lose weight due to having multiple sclerosis and a thyroid disease, and I want to live long enough to see my 7 year old at the very least graduate high school. Is there anything that can help me with this issue?
