Seems like a good app. I love the option to do a full workout or have the 1 or 5 minute workouts. On days when I feel too busy or overwhelmed, it is nice to have an option that literally only takes a minute instead of feeling bad for not taking 10 or 15 minutes for myself. I have not yet subscribed for the full app so I cannot rate the full 5 stars.

I've tried an abundance of apps for workouts since having my kid. This one, by far, has been the best and most helpful! I've actually kept to it! I love the fact that it allows for quickie workouts (1 minutes or 5 minutes) for when I'm super busy but it also has the 15 minute workouts for when I have the time. So excited I found this!

You get what you have paid for and more! I love this app, because it provides me new challenges every day. It is constantly updated and new features are added. I like to track my daily housework activities and see how many calories I have burnt be doing them. Overall it is very easy to use. And you can use it for multiple reasons, exercises, water intake, counting steps, checking new healthy recipes and much more.
