Clunky UI and slow, and not all the functionality you'd expect (e.g., see past billing details). It feels like an app from 2018.

Not so obvious to find the car with the selected hours applied, it comes all mixed up. not efficient!

It is too good , best way to use a car when needed instead of paying every time just for car parked in your garage ..cambio is very good in terms of quick customer support, user friendly app GUI, easy to access and use the car by app. The only draw back is , you need to drop the car on same station. This could be solved.
