About this app
Casameta - the new product family for everything from fully automatic meter transmission with the Casameta Connect gateways to the finished heating and additional cost billing.
One app for all users: accountants, administrators, meter readers and tenants.
Assembly:
✔ Recording of the meters during installation, so there is no need to subsequently assign the meters to the apartments/rooms.
✔ Simply scan the QR or barcodes on the meter with your smartphone's camera. Optionally, you can already specify whether it is a special meter, such as a boiler meter.
Replacing a meter is done in the same, efficient way.
✔ If there is no internet reception available, the app saves the recorded meters. When reception is possible again, the values are automatically transferred to the Casameta cloud.
READERS:
✔ Easily work through all apartments in a sequence and the meters by room and record the respective daily value.
✔ Colored markings of the meters and apartments read provide clarity about the status of the reading.
✔ As a meter reader, simply log in to the app using a QR code for the property to be read. You will receive this from your Casameta accountant.

TENANT:
✔ With the tenant app, you as a tenant can view your annual consumption information (UVI) in accordance with the current version of the HKVO at any time.
✔ As a tenant, you register using the QR code that is printed on your heating bill.
You will receive a clear consumption display for:
- Heat (heat cost allocator or heat meter),
- hot water,
- Cold water.
✔ Benefit from new, fully automatic radio transmissions of meter readings to the Casameta cloud and see the values day by day. The values can be displayed as a total annually or at the level of each meter. A comparison with previous years can be chosen. This means that as a tenant you can keep track of your heating, cold and hot water consumption and adjust your consumption.
Optionally, your accountant can set up access for you to enter the meter values in your apartment, so that reading appointments by a meter reader in your apartment are no longer necessary.
BILLER:
✔ As a billing accountant, upload meter files directly from your provider and save yourself having to enter meters manually. Alternatively, you can forward the attachment from an email directly to the Casameta app and save time.
✔ As an accountant, check the meter readings of your properties from the entries of your tenants or meter readers.
Simply use your Casameta login name to register.
