READERS:
✔ Log in to the app once with a QR code for the property to be read.
✔ Easily work through all apartments in a specific order and the meters by room and record the respective daily value.
✔ Colored markings of the meters and apartments read provide clarity about the status of the reading.
✔ If there is no internet reception available, the app saves the values entered. When reception is possible again, the values are automatically transferred to the Casameta cloud.
TENANT:
✔ With the tenant portal you as a tenant can view your consumption information at any time in accordance with the current version of the HKVO.
✔ You can easily log in using the QR code from your heating bill. This provides a clear consumption display for:
- Heat (heat cost allocator or heat meter)
- Hot water
- Cold water
✔ Benefit from new fully automatic radio transmissions of meter readings to the Casameta cloud and see the values day by day.
✔ The values can be displayed as a total annually or at the level of each meter. A comparison with previous years can be chosen. This means that as a tenant you can keep track of your heating, cold and hot water consumption. Optionally, your accountant can set up access for you to enter the meter values in your apartment, so that reading appointments by a meter reader are no longer necessary.
BILLER:
✔ Use your existing login name and log in to the app once for the property.
✔ As a billing accountant, upload meter files directly from your provider and save yourself having to enter meters manually. Alternatively, you can forward the attachment from an email directly to the Casameta app and save time.
✔ As an accountant, check the meter readings of your properties from the entries of your tenants or meter readers.
