• Telephone: to directly dial customer service and avoid losing an existing session on incoming calls
• Network: the app requires an internet connection to the bank. To check the connection, we need the right to view the network status.


NOTE

With Android, rights are always assigned in groups. So we need to request permissions for all topics, even if we only need one permission from the group. We use these rights only for the purposes mentioned here, within the app, and do not access your personal

IMPORTANT

The Commerzbank Banking app is not compatible with the "Xposed Framework" and similar frameworks. To use the App, you must completely uninstall this software. If the app is opened with the framework installed, it will close immediately without an error
message.

Ratings and reviews

Great app, I highly recommend. Smooth transitions between screens, friendly UI, ease of use, and most important (for me at least) - English version is available! Although this is German bank, the fact that they added English (and it's all very clear and concise) is making me very happy user of this app.

Added: 2023 Sometimes I'm asked for proof of a transaction. A pdf or screenshot would be handy. The app is much easier than the website. A native English speaker, I get confused over business-specific vocabulary. The website has some pages in English and other pages only in German. But the app lets you choose a language and (mostly) stick to it. PLUS, if you call the help desk through the app, it will tell the customer service associate that you speak English. I've learned to navigate it.

Hello. I don't want to describe allot. The application has a potential to becoming useful for banking. But two things are annoying(one is critical). First(critical): your balance and transaction history updating in the app can take up to 5 days and that is terrible, I never saw it before in another banks app. I don't understand why, what is the problem to update balance an transaction history immediately. Second: black theme of the application is a must have thing. Thank you.
