One of the worst when it comes to Ease of Use The app doesn't allow changing the language. It cannot accept mobile TAN for verification. Apps usually get better with updates, but this one is going from bad to worse in terms of usability. And it stops working suddenly. To make things worse, Commerzbank now does not allow accessing the netbanking from a smartphone anymore.
It looked nice at first, but it's full of bugs. Kontostand and this app are usually showing different amounts of money. It's crashing all the time. Design is more suitable for iOS than Android. Now it works so 2 stars.
Crashes at startup are gone after upgrading to Android 7. Basic functionality is OK, what I miss still is being able to use fingerprint instead of PIN for logging in.
You can't access the app sometimes. It happens randomly. There is no response to clicking "Anmelden" and the screen gets frozen. Please try to fix this app. Otherwise it's 5 stars.
The App works good on my Pixel. Nevertheless it could contain more functionalities: for example the internet banking inbox, but most of all wireless payments via NFC directly from your Girokonto - then I would really give Commerzbank an applause.
Absolutely horrible. No English version, no flexibility, hangs all the time. No user friendly as it would be done 10 years ago.
