With our desbox® app it is now even easier for you to manage your individual care package.
Since 2019, we have been a Germany-wide provider of consumer care aids with a strong focus on individuality, high-quality products and customer service.
In order to support private home care, people in need of care are generally entitled to monthly care aids up to a legally stipulated maximum price, provided the following conditions are met:
- There is a need for nursing aids
- the person in need of care has a recognized level of care and is cared for by at least one private person (e.g. relatives) in the home environment.
However, in the case of an inpatient stay (short-term care, spa/rehab, etc.), there is no longer any entitlement during this time.
After submitting the application, we submit the cost coverage application created via the app to the responsible nursing care insurance fund. Only after their approval do we start providing care. Important to know: You can select or deselect the products according to your needs at any time.
By default, a monthly delivery interval is selected. If a monthly delivery exceeds your needs, you can adjust the interval at any time via our app.
Shipping takes place to the insured address. If desired, you can also enter a different delivery address (e.g. from a relative) or a packing station.
The app supports managing multiple people in need of care via one customer access.
Pauses (e.g. for short-term inpatient stays) or cancellations can also be done with just a few clicks in the app.
