Total disaster. I play this Gluck-Los game. You spend cash at the store and you get paper cards. You open app and enter scratched number from card and you can win some prices. You enter code, app throws an error. You loose the code, says it was redeemed.This happens 7 out of 10 entires, this is insane. Additionally, they had play Android games, and win points while spending time in the games. I earned like 70 points. They disabled the feature and took my points away. I was not informed.

Not bad but it would be even much better if you make an option to load a barcode, so I don't need to take my Deutschlandcard everywhere. Just simple load the barcode for my card in the app for points. When you make this option available, I will correct 3 stars into 5. 🙂

Oh well ,what should I say first? The most what irritates me is like now when on many shopping partners of D.C. has to give a way many punkts (points) and I am doing online shopping as always the best option for online shopping but many times I don't get calculated the punkte from the chosen partner shopping....always i have to send an email to D.C. customer service to add my missing punkte and extra punkte ....it irritates so much and take days from them to respond and add it. No English at all
