What the app wants
"DRK Here!" increases comfort for DRK operations and all other DRK events. Even those that you create unplanned and from now on. The app not only offers added value for emergency services, participants and helpers, but also everyone who plans or registers.
Linked to the drkserver, the DRK's resource management system, "DRK Hier!" additional options.

What the app can do
Anyone with the “DRK Hier!” app can create events immediately and on the go. You can book emergency services, helpers and participants in and out. The app shows those present and absent and calculates the total hours - even while the event is running.
The quickest way to book in and out is to use a QR code that the “DRK Hier!” app creates. The basis is the data from the registration card for emergency services.
As a helper, you enter this data into this app. This creates the QR code. Show it, have it scanned, done.
It's even faster if you link the "DRK Hier!" app with your drkserver file. Then you don't need to enter any data. Because: The app gets the information from your drkserver file and uses it to create the QR code.
You can also create a barcode. It contains your drkserver personal number. Anyone who registers on their laptop via the drkserver can read out your barcode with a scanner.
The event data can be transferred to the drkserver or created directly there. If you want to do this, you need certain extended access rights in the drkserver.
Without access to the drkserver, you can also share the data with another app on your smartphone and forward the data via email. You can then store the data in a spreadsheet program such as B. Open Excel and process it further.
The “DRK Hier!” app also works without access to the Internet. The app transfers data that you entered offline when you are online again.

Einzelne oder mehrere Ereignisse kannst du jetzt in einem Rutsch löschen. Nützlich, wenn du oft mit der App registrierst. Die Ereignisse bleiben im drkserver erhalten.
Jemand will die Hier-App nutzen, war aber noch nie im drkserver angemeldet. In diesem Fall erscheinen jetzt die Nutzungsbedingungen. Zur Kenntnis nehmen, dann kann´s losgehen.
Außerdem sind mit dem Update Softwarekomponenten für neue Android-Geräte aktualisiert, einige Hilfetexte und Erläuterungen angepasst und Mini-Bugs behoben.
