Ich würde gerne die App-Sprache von Hand ändern können. Bei mir ist alles auf Englisch, obwohl die Filme auf Deutsch sind.

Die Sprache kann man in der App selbst nicht ändern. Sie wird durch die Sprachauswahl im Betriebssystem gesetzt. Hier gehts zur Google Hilfe: https://support.google.com/android/answer/12395118?hl=de.
